 In 2007, the company was sold to Wolseley Int., the world’s largest trade distributor of plumbing and heating products.

In 2010 rebranded the company to Build.com and became the second largest online home improvement retailer.

Group revenue: 13,300m  pound sterling.

founded in 2004 by Ian Monk, the company started with a small website: bathroomrevolutions.co.uk selling mirrors online.

In 2010 Received funding from Dawn Capital and rebranded to Bathrooms.com

In 2013 they started selling in Europe.

It is remarkable that strategic investors (final buyers) and capital partners insist on rebranding with strategic domains.
